Lutheran Church Extension Fund (LCEF) is celebrating its 40th year by offering a 40-month term note that pays 4% interest. A few important things to share about this offer:
- The 40-month note will be available for a limited time.
- The minimum investment is $500.
- The maximum amount any one person or organization may invest is $40,000 (spouses may invest separately).
- The offer is available for new funds only (no transfers from existing LCEF accounts).
The 40-month anniversary note is being offered to raise $100 million in additional capital to assist in meeting LCEF’s loan demand. With a low minimum of $500 to start (no transfers from other LCEF investments), PartnerPLUS offers a competitive fixed rate of 2% on two-year notes or 2.5% on four year notes (on balances up to $25,000). ConnectPLUS Term Note for New Investors
ConnectPLUS is for the new LCEF investor who wants to experience the over-and-above reward of supporting LCMS ministries—ultimately helping to expand the kingdom of God. With a low minimum of $500 to start, ConnectPLUS offers a fixed rate (currently 3%) on the first $5,000 during the two-year term. ConnectPLUS is available to individuals 18 and older who have not had an LCEF investment in the past 24 months (not available to investors in Ohio and Pennsylvania).
