A beautiful autumn day was the perfect backdrop for the Mid-South District’s 60th Anniversary Oktoberfest celebration, graciously hosted by Immanuel Lutheran Church in Memphis on Saturday, October 24. Food, children’s activities, music, colorful costumes and lots of fellowship made it a memorable day for all who attended! The day even included a silent auction that raised over $2,400 for Neighborhood Christian Centers of Memphis, a special community partner of the hosting congregation. Many thanks to the congregation of Immanuel—and especially the event coordinator, Diane Reimold—for a great celebration!
