Youth leaders (both called and volunteers), from across the Mid-South are invited to ‘ROOT’ where we will Relax, Connect and Dig Deep into God’s word. It will be a time of reflection, support, encouragement, community building, bible study, information sharing and preparing for ‘hot topics’. Our guest speaker is Pastor Adam Woldt from The Point- Knoxville, TN. Pastor Woldt will lead us through an in depth bible study where we can Dig Deep, reflect on God’s word allowing it to impact our own faith and ultimately impacting the faith of those we serve. The retreat is being held at Grace Lutheran Church, Murfreesboro TN, September 14-15. You are encouraged to attend both Friday evening and Saturday, but you can attend just Saturday if that fits your schedule better.
Registration is $25, hotel is $129, $65 if sharing a room. Register by August 30th to guarantee your room at the discounted rate.
After August 30 the room rate is $140 including all taxes and fees.
A block of rooms is reserved for us at the Holiday Inn, Murfreesboro. Room rate includes all taxes and fees. Friday evening meal is on your own; however, there will be light food items available. Saturday breakfast and lunch will be provided.
