• Developing a Culture of Family Discipleship - this practical discussion on being intentional in conversations, rituals, meetings, planning, and programming to help a congregation shift from a church centered model of discipleship to a model that partners with the home for discipleship.
• The Mission Field of the Family – What are the challenges that families are facing today and how can the church respond to their needs in light of the Gospel. Leveraging our school ministry, understanding parents’ stressors and needs, recognizing the strengths and resources your congregation already has, seeing family needs in the community and responding with care (parent education/support, marriage prep/enrichment, foster care, grandparenting classes, court ordered classes, divorce care (for kids), grief care, etc.).
