GO, JIM, GO!

Students, parents, and faculty at Christ the King Lutheran School in Memphis showed true servant hearts as they participated for the first time in the “Go, Jim, Go” fundraiser for Le Bonheur Children’s Hospital.

Every year since 2006, News Channel 3 meteorologist Jim Jaggers has ridden his bicycle 333 miles across the Mid-South, raising more than $800,000 for the children of Le Bonheur. CTK students and parents enthusiastically supported Jim’s ride by raising $2,000! When he visited the school during his ride across the Mid-South, Jim declared that amount totally amazing for a first-time school participant. Students, faculty, staff, and parents turned out for Jim’s visit to the school in October, cheering him on as he finished his fundraising ride.

We look forward to participating again in support of the families served by Le Bonheur. Thank you, CTK, and Go, Jim, Go!
