Prince of Peace Lutheran Church (White House, TN)
Our Spring outreach event each year is the Strawberry Festival in Portland, TN. The Annual Festival was held May 10-11, 2024 and drew close to 10,000 visitors.
Middle Tennessee is experiencing tremendous growth from people relocating from other states such as Illinois and California. This is an opportunity to let them know there is an LCMS Lutheran Church in the area. Our outreach committee has a tent where we have the opportunity to talk to many of event attenders, distribute church brochures, and talk with them about the love of Jesus, and invite them to visit us.
This is just one of the many outreach events throughout the year.
