Celebrating Martin and Katherine Luther’s 500th Wedding
Anniversary with Concordia in Kingsport
On Saturday, June 21 at 5:30 PM, Concordia Lutheran Church in Kingsport, Tennessee (725 Truxton Dr., Kingsport 37660) will celebrate the 500th anniversary of the wedding of Martin and Katherine Luther. The celebration will include a service of Blessing of Marriage and Renewal of Vows in the sanctuary, followed by a reception in the fellowship hall. The joyous celebration will recall that famous marriage of a former monk (Martin) to a former nun (Katie), and give an opportunity to share happy stories of those present.
