The Second Annual Henkle Conference was well received by over 120 clergy and laity in Ascension Lutheran Church in Madison, TN on August 7 – 8, 2023. The conference focused on contemporary issues we, as the Lutheran Church, will be dealing with in our ministries.
This year’s speakers included Dr. Carl Truman from Grove City University; Aaron Kheriaty, Public Policy Center for Bioethics; Matthew Eppinette, Director of The Center for Bioethics; Dr. Peter Scaer, Chairman of Exegetical Theology, Concordia Theological Seminary, Fort Wayne; Dr. Jordan Cooper, President of American Lutheran Theological Seminary, Dr. Adam Koontz, pastor and adjunct professor at CTSFW; Katy Faust, Founder and President of Them Before Us; and David Fowler, President of the Family Action Council of Tennessee.
