A bountiful celebration marked the parish hall dedication at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Wartburg, Tennessee.
‘Ahead of schedule’ and ‘under budget’ are claims few projects can boast, but the Mid-South District’s oldest congregation has the wisdom and experience to show us how it’s done!
St Paul Lutheran Church, Wartburg, Tenn., established in 1846, raised funds for its new 8,500 square foot parish hall in less than 14 months. And, thanks to dedicated workers from within the congregation, the building was indeed completed ahead of schedule and under budget.
The dedication service was held on Sunday, August 9, 2015, with a celebratory meal afterwards. Firsthand reports note that the food was also scrumptious!
