The Executive Director for Development serves as a goodwill ambassador and primary point of contact for current and future supporters of the Mid-South District in its service to LCMS ministries and workers. This includes raising awareness about opportunities to support the District, meeting with donors and potential donors, and sharing information on the positive impact that is made through gifts to the Mid-South District. The Development Officer also supports the District’s accountability efforts through coordination of an Annual Report, which is shared with donors, congregations, schools and workers across the Mid-South District.

Communications & Marketing Specialist
The Communications & Marketing Specialist serves the Development Office by providing publications and materials that connect the Mid-South District with its current and future donors. The District’s Communications & Marketing Specialist is also responsible for coordinating key donor communications and maintaining donor records, as well as producing the District’s Annual Report.
