Feb 26, 2019 one of the Mid-South District’s Pastors will serve as Chaplain at a National Dedication. Reverend Andrew Abraham (Shepherd of the Hills Lutheran Church in Crossville, TN) will serve as Chaplain for the National Desert Storm and Desert Shield War Memorial Site dedication ceremony.
