Chapel of the Good Shepherd
Hopefully the construction will be finished in late fall. We had a number of rain delays this past winter — 52% of the total annual rainfall occurred in Jan-March.
Chapel of the Good Shepherd’s building site is located at 681 Sharps Chapel Road, Sharps Chapel, TN. Construction has commenced in earnest even without an official ground breaking because of COVID-19. The congregation’s members are all at or near retirement age. The vision is to provide a permanent place for worship and community service for ourselves and for those who will follow us. Our church’s motto is from Pastor Dietrich Bonhoeffer: “Christ leads the way, stay close to Him.”
