Bishop Emmanuel Makala meets with Council of Presidents

Bishop Emmanuel Makala met with the Council of Presidents of the LCMS on Monday, September 18. He is in the largest Lutheran diocese in the Tanzanian Evangelical Lutheran Church which has over 6.5 million members, second only to the 7 million Mekane Yesus Lutheran body in Ethiopia. He will also visit Memphis where the Mid-South District has been a strong supporter of the SELVD (South East of Lake Victoria Diocese).
