Children’s Coats & Warm Clothing Giveaway

Chapel of the Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in Sharps Chapel, TN is holding a children’s coats & warm clothing giveaway on Saturday, October 1. Many of the families in Sharps Chapel cannot afford warm clothing. As a result, school is often cancelled in the winter because it’s too cold to wait outside for the school bus. If you are in the Knoxville circuit, and have children’s coats and/or warm clothing in good condition, please ask your pastor to bring them to the September 15th Knoxville Circuit Pastors’ Meeting. I will then take your donations to Sharps Chapel for the giveaway. Thank you for helping us to make a difference in our community!
