Thursday, May 17, 1-2 p.m. Central time
Did you know that rural and small-town America is poised to become the center of spiritual renewal for older adult ministries? Is your congregation prepared for this wonderful challenge and opportunity in the years ahead?
LCMS Rural & Small Town Mission will host a free webinar
“Redefining the Graying Church: The Mission Field of Older Adults” from 1–2 p.m. Central time on Thursday, May 17.
The presenter is Dr. Rich Bimler, ambassador of Health, Hope and Aging (AH-HA!), Arlington Heights, Ill. Bimler will provide suggestions for how rural and small-town congregations can help grow the faith of all generations by modeling what the Church is all about.
The Church can unite through Word and Sacrament ministry to be an example of preaching, teaching, serving and relating to people of all ages — whether at home, at school or in the community.
