Worker Wellness Coordinator
The Worker Wellness Coordinator serves the District President by promoting the physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being of pastors, church workers, and congregations. She develops and leads wellness initiatives, including personalized support for pastors, mental health resources, retreats, and educational programs on healthy living and spiritual renewal. She is available to meet with pastors, staff, and congregations to assess needs, provide resources, and help implement wellness programs that strengthen the church community.
