Constitution and Bylaws

Update on the District Bylaws – The district board of directors is pleased to announce that at their meeting by Zoom on August 24, 2020, the district’s bylaws were amended by the board to be brought into compliance and harmony with the changes made to the Synod’s Constitution and Bylaws by the 2019 Synod Convention and the subsequent ratification of the constitutional amendments by the congregations on March 20, 2020.
