The Mid-South District has been honored to be a support for their efforts to bring college level courses to the Lutheran students in Madagascar – another international mission effort of the Mid-South District. These are the first graduates from the college and will now enter the job market.  The LCMS and Mid-South District were honored in their dedication on the plaque  that resides in the school. The graduation and dedication of LIME was led by their national President, the Rev. Dr Rakotonirina David, the mayor of the city of Fianarantsoa and the vice-President of

our Parliament.
